Position: Sales Support Executive – Completion & MROServices

Position Overview:
Comlux is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SalesSupport Executive to assist our Director and VP of Sales in managing salesactivities within our Completion and MRO division. This role is ideal forsomeone looking to grow their career in business aviation while gaininghands-on experience with high-level client relationships, proposals, and globalsales campaigns. The successful candidate will help coordinate proposals,maintain CRM records, assist with spanet research, and support clientcommunications throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Director and VP of Sales across multiple ongoing sales campaigns.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and spaneting materials tailored to prospective clients.
- Coordinate internal communication between sales, spaneting, engineering, and design teams to ensure timely flow of information.
- Update and manage client and lead records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and generate regular sales reports.
- Support the organization of sales meetings, client visits, trade show participation, and follow-ups.
- Conduct preliminary spanet research on competitors, trends, and client prospects across key regions.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and documentation for active proposals and deals in the pipeline.
- Help maintain a high standard of professionalism in all external communications and client-facing documents.
- Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and open tasks for the team’s review.
- Assist in preparing internal briefing materials ahead of major client meetings or presentations.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in a sales support, business development, or spaneting coordination role, preferably in the aviation or luxury services industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Comfortable working with international teams and sensitive client information.
- Ability to learn quickly and take initiative in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or in a high-end product/service environment.
- Interest in progressing into a sales, spaneting, or client-facing aviation career.
