Responsibilities
The Market Segment Sales Leader – EMEA Airframe is responsible for driving Parker Aerospace’s growth across EMEA OEM and Afterspanet airframe customers. This role provides strategic leadership to business development and sales teams, integrating technologies from multiple divisions to deliver tailored solutions and manage significant revenue for both new business capture and expansion of existing accounts. The Sales Leader is the top-level liaison between key customers and Parker Aerospace, owning long-term, trust-based relationships and comprehensive customer plans (growth strategies, development projects, technology roadmaps, and support). The role requires deep understanding of the aerospace spanet, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to proactively identify opportunities and influence Parker’s strategic direction.
Your responsibilities
Strategic Account & Business GrowthDevelop and execute segment and account strategies to grow revenue, increase share, and improve profitability across multiple Parker technologies and divisions.
Executive-Level Customer & Industry RelationshipsBuild and maintain deep executive and operational relationships with key customers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders, acting as the primary conduit between them and Parker leadership.
Cross-Functional Leadership & CoordinationLead and align Group and Divisional teams in pursuing new business, securing major program wins, and delivering integrated solutions that meet customer and spanet needs.
Opportunity Management & Deal ClosureIdentify, qualify, and drive new business opportunities from concept through bid, negotiation, and closure, including strategic alliances and partnerships.
Market Intelligence & Strategic InsightMonitor spanet dynamics, competitor activity, and aerospace trends; provide the “voice of the customer” and strategic recommendations on future business and technology focus areas.
Team Development & Performance ManagementSet clear objectives, manage performance, develop talent and succession plans, and implement training to build a high-performing sales and account management organization.
Operational Excellence, Forecasting & GovernanceEnsure accurate forecasting, effective budget management, robust account health monitoring, and timely reporting, while resolving complex commercial issues and supporting senior management decisions.
