Job Type: Full-time Consultant (6 Months)
Schedule: Monday to Friday – Must be open to work any shift
Starting Pay: $35per hour
About the RoleAs a Production Painter at PDS Tech Commercial, you’ll play a key role in applying critical finishes to aerospace products, aircraft, assemblies, and parts. This hands-on role supports production from preparation to final coatings, contributing directly to the quality and safety of aerospace manufacturing.
What You’ll DoPrepare surfaces using pneumatic sanders and hand tools
Apply coatings via painting, masking, media blasting, and stenciling
Perform hand finishing and repair work
Read and work from blueprints, specifications, and process instructions
Use equipment such as lifts, scaffolding, and overhead cranes
Conduct self-inspections and enter data into the FDAQ system
Perform housekeeping and routine equipment maintenance
Follow safety standards including OSHA, ISO, and Nadcap procedures
Assist Assembly Technicians as needed
Required QualificationsMust be open to work any shift
Ability to pass a respirator test
Painter experience in aerospace manufacturing
Local candidates preferred (first consideration given)
Candidates residing over 100 miles from site eligible for $110/week per diem

Pay Details: $35.00 per hour
