In collaboration with the manager of financial operations, the incumbent is responsible for supporting the daily financial operations of the corporate agency network.
- Update foreign exchange rates and process daily banking operations.
- Review and reconcile deposits (cheques, cash, Interac, Moneris, AMEX, wires).
- Prepare, upload and track payments and bank transfers.
- Perform various accounting entries in different accounting systems.
- Provide operational support to agencies for deposits, wires and transfers.
- Perform reconciliations for various bank accounts.
- Work closely with internal teams and maintain effective communication.
- Perform other related duties.
Artificial intelligence tools are used to analyze applications, whether to sort or preselect profiles based on criteria related to job requirements. All applications are then reviewed by our recruitment team to ensure a fair and inclusive process.
