Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree –OR- in lieu of degree, 1 year of experience in a quality, manufacturing role.
• Internal Auditor Certificate (AS9100 or ISO9001:2015)
• This job role requires proficiency in English, both verbal and written, that is sufficient to understand and effectively follow written safety procedures, company policies, work instructions, operations manuals, and more in a manufacturing environment.
• Reliable and satisfactory attendance is an essential job function of this role and is critical in meeting operations and business needs”.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder due to program security clearance requirements and/or SSA requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
• GKN Experience
• Aerospace Experience
• Demonstrate experience as trainer, mentor, etc.
• Quality auditing experience in a manufacturing environment (APQP) preferably aerospace/automotive;
• Experiencing working with the principles of auditing as described in ISO 19011, NADCAP, and/or AS9100
• Demonstrable experience in Practical Problem Solving (PPS) and Root Cause and Corrective Actions (RCCA) Techniques in order to provide effective audit follow up /closure assessments;
• Understanding of the content and application of the IAQG / EAQG ISO Standards and IAQG SCMH
Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is between $81,000 - $101,000.
