YOUR ROLE AS:
Technical Services Executive
The Technical Services Executive is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of engineering support for day-to-day aircraft operations. As an Allstar, you will provide technical leadership, ensure full regulatory compliance, drive fleet reliability and performance initiatives, and act as a key technical authority in support of safe, compliant, and efficient operations across the fleet.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
- Review, validate, and approve technical documents in compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and the department’s approval system.
- Ensure the issuance of accurate, timely, and well-supported technical instructions, engineering reports, and compliance documentation.
- Lead advanced technical investigations, root-cause analysis, and engineering assessments for recurring defects, premature component removals, and abnormal wear trends.
- Provide or endorse approved engineering data for inspections, repairs, and modifications beyond the scope of OEM manuals.
- Act as the primary liaison with aircraft manufacturers, suppliers, MROs, lessors, and Aviation Authorities on complex technical and regulatory matters.
- Ensure all technical communications and submissions to authorities meet applicable compliance standards.
- Oversee defect trend analysis, data validation, and the development of corrective and preventive actions under the Reliability Program.
- Collaborate closely with the Reliability Section to enhance fleet reliability and reduce operational disruptions.
- Lead the implementation of corrective and preventive actions arising from audits, compliance monitoring, and internal quality investigations.
- Recommend process improvements, engineering standards enhancements, and documentation upgrades to strengthen technical governance.
- Identify engineering-related operational risks and recommend effective mitigation measures.
- Participate in fleet modification programs, aircraft deliveries and redeliveries, and major engineering projects as required.

- Ensure sufficient technical data, tools, and references are available to support effective engineering analysis.
- Perform other technical services–related tasks as directed by the Engineering leadership team.
WHO YOU ARE:You are an experienced aviation engineering professional with solid leadership capability and a strong understanding of aircraft technical management. You are confident in making sound technical decisions under operational pressure, work effectively across functions, and are committed to upholding high standards of safety, compliance, and reliability. You demonstrate the Allstar mindset—accountable, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement.
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of aircraft systems (ATA chapters)
- CAMO / Continuing Airworthiness Management
- Maintenance Programs (MPD, AMP, escalation, and optimization)
- Reliability programs and engineering data analysis
- MEL / CDL management
- AD, SB, and EO assessment and compliance
- Aircraft delivery, redelivery, and acceptance management
- Configuration control and records management
- Strong understanding of CAAP, EASA, and FAA regulations
- Audit preparation, regulatory liaison, and compliance monitoring
- SMS and airworthiness risk assessment
- Technical support to Line and Base Maintenance
- AOG management and complex troubleshooting
- Maintenance cost control and technical proposal evaluation
- Lease return condition management and cost exposure assessment
- Advanced technical reporting and data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio)
