Position Description:
Title: Manager, Internal Evaluation Program
Summary: As the Manager of the Internal Evaluation Program (IEP) you will oversee day-to-day performance, building and management of the Internal Evaluation Program. In this role you will also identify safety risks, analyze trends, support corrective actions, and ensure compliance across the organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities included, but not limited to:
- Develop, deliver, implement, and maintain the company’s IEP
- Conduct operational audits and analyze results
- Track findings, and corrective actions ensuring follow-up and completion
- Work with quality department as needed
- Serve as a primary point of contact for IEP questions and guidance
- Ensure all processes and procedures are documented and followed
- Manage system configuration, user access, and reporting workflows
- Ensure IEP data is handled accurately, professionally, and confidentially
- Review and analyze data, and trends
- Facilitate risk assessments and support corrective and preventative actions
- Track action items and follow up to ensure effective risk mitigation
- Support leaders and teams with guidance on hazard identification and problem solving
Education & Experience:
- Requires strong knowledge of aviation safety standards, and operating practices
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of two years of auditing experience in the aviation industry
- Experience in safety, quality, compliance, or aviation maintenance operations
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Be familiar with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and other Federal Safety and Health regulations
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively across the organization
- Preferred experience with safety management systems or safety reporting platforms
- Preferred knowledge of aviation maintenance or repair station environments
- Preferred experience leading program implementation or change initiatives
- Preferred completion of a recognized comprehensive safety certificate program

- Office and operational work environment
- May require occasional travel
