• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent HR experience accepted.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR generalist experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity required.
• Strong knowledge in compliance and leaves.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner at all levels of the organization.
• Thorough knowledge of federal and state employment laws and their application in a union and non-union environment.
• Knowledge working in Union environment (preferred)
• Team-oriented with strong leadership capability and a collaborative approach.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
