Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and prepare aircraft powerplants for installation in compliance with FAA and manufacturer standards
- Diagnose aircraft systems, components, and engines to determine required repairs and modifications
- Perform repairs, installations, and complex modifications on airframes and engines
- Use precision tools and testing equipment to replace or repair defective parts
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
- Keep assigned tasks up to date and maintain current training status
- Participate in regular training and development opportunities
Qualifications:
- FAA A&P Certificate required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, repair, or modification
- Solid knowledge of aircraft systems and components
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
