We are seeking experienced Aircraft Mechanics to support heavy maintenance operations on CRJ-200/700/900, Dash-8 series, and Boeing 737-400 aircraft. This opportunity is ideal for unlicensed mechanics with strong hands-on backgrounds or A&P-licensed technicians looking to expand their experience in a high-volume, fast-paced MRO environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for military veterans transitioning from rotary-wing or fixed-wing maintenance into regional and narrow-body commercial aircraft.
Responsibilities
- Perform heavy maintenance, C-checks, structural repairs, and component replacements on CRJ, Dash-8, and B737 aircraft
- Diagnose mechanical discrepancies and perform required corrective actions
- Remove and install aircraft assemblies, components, and panels
- Use maintenance manuals, IPCs, wiring diagrams, and engineering documents to perform tasks
- Document all work performed in accordance with regulatory and company standards
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Collaborate with leads, inspectors, and fellow mechanics to ensure quality and efficiency
