YOUR ROLE AS A:
Sustainability Intern
As a Sustainability Intern at Capital A, you will play a key role in supporting the group-wide execution of our sustainability strategy. You will work closely with the team to deliver on our overarching commitments, with a primary focus on integrating and accelerating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives across our diverse portfolio of businesses.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Framework Support: Assist the team in documenting and updating sustainability frameworks to address material matters across Capital A’s business units.
Goal Alignment: Support the cascading of sustainability goals by preparing presentation materials and toolkits for different business functions.
Data & Metrics: Work closely with the team to collect, track, and organize key performance indicators (KPIs) and ESG metrics for monthly and quarterly reporting.
Impact Research: Conduct research to identify new opportunities for reducing environmental and social impacts within our operations and supply chain.
Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in coordinating communication with stakeholders regarding sustainability targets and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
A current student in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field.
A foundational understanding of UN SDGs, core ESG principles, and reporting standards such as GRI, TCFD, or IFRS (S1 & S2).
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Sheets/Excel).
Strong verbal and written skills for engaging with stakeholders.
Minimum availability of 3 months.
