Job Title: Interiors Mechanic

Job Description

Join our dynamic team to work on upcoming projects involving Cessna Citations, Falcon 900, and Phenom 300. We have an exciting schedule ahead with 10 Phenom aircraft already booked for projects through the summer.

Responsibilities

• Strip and re-veneer all cabinetry.
• Install mid-cabin bulkheads and modify headliner to receive curtain tracks.
• Perform pocket door modifications and installations.
• Modify or rebuild sideledges.
• Modify galleys and construct additional new cabinetry.
• Sand and polish clear coat finishes of all cabinetry, and sand between coats.
• Apply final finishes.
• Work on seating, lower sidewalls, and carpets, including foam fabrication.

Essential Skills

• Experience in aircraft interior work, upholstery, and cabinet making.
• Proficiency in stripping and veneering.
• Ability to disassemble and assemble aircraft cabinetry.
• Experience with modifications and new cabinetry construction.
• Experience in finishing aircraft cabinetry, including sanding and coating.
• Expertise in sewing and finishing materials for aircraft interiors.
• Mastery of topstitching techniques.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with high-quality finishes and buffing techniques.
• Ability to work with soft goods on aircraft interiors, along with seats.

Work Environment

Work on the first shift from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Extended hours from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm may be required based on project volumes. Flexibility for overtime and weekends is possible, depending on the workload.

This is a Contract position based out of Chesterfield, MO.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Chesterfield,MO.

This position is anticipated to close on Feb 22, 2026.
