Key responsibilities

• Operations Planning & Coordination
  • Support daily, weekly, and monthly production planning activities, including schedule alignment, capacity readiness, and execution tracking.
  • Coordinate cross-functional actions with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to ensure operational readiness.
  • Track and follow up on action items arising from operations reviews and meetings.
• Operations Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Prepare and maintain operations dashboards, KPI reports, and performance summaries (e.g. output, backlog, delivery, efficiency).
  • Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources to support management reviews and escalation discussions.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
• Execution & Administrative Support
  • Provide execution and administrative support for operations governance, including meeting preparation, minutes, trackers, and documentation.
  • Support audits, reviews, and management reporting by ensuring required data and records are available.
  • Act as a central coordination point to ensure operational actions are tracked through to closure.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, production planning, or industrial operations support.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and operational reporting tools.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
