Title: Avionics Manufacturing Engineer (Level I or II) – Aerospace Systems
Location: Mojave, CA – Onsite
Full-Time Direct Hire
Compensation: $85,000–$125,000 based on level and experience

Cutting-edge aerospace company is hiring an Avionics Manufacturing Engineer to support the development and integration of next-generation flight vehicles. This role is ideal for hands-on engineers who thrive on the shop floor, enjoy solving real-time manufacturing challenges, and are excited to work on complex avionics systems for fast-paced aerospace programs.

What You’ll Do:

Develop wiring diagrams, harness drawings, and detailed work instructions
Liaison with shop floor teams to support installations and resolve documentation gaps
Troubleshoot electrical integration and ground testing issues
Source electrical components and ensure design intent meets manufacturability requirements
Use 3D CAD to inform electrical installation documentation

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
2–5 years of experience in aerospace systems integration, avionics, or electrical manufacturing
Familiarity with aerospace standards and production documentation
Hands-on experience with wiring, schematics, and avionics components
Tools experience (Altium, Siemens Capital, AutoCAD, etc.)

Bonus Skills:

Security clearance
Jira, NX/CATIA/SolidWorks, or LabView

This role is based 100 onsite in Mojave, CA.
Travel is minimal (<5). Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
