About This Role
The Sr. Logistics Support Analyst will ensure that all procurement, fabrication, and inspection efforts related to spare projects are completed on schedule. The Sr. Logistics Support Analyst will be part of the Spares planning personnel team that ensures orders for spare or repaired materials are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements.
The Sr. Logistics Support Analyst tasks cover a wide range of responsibilities including work order and material requisition support, and general supply chain management utilizing Support Solutions internal Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and the Maintenance and Repair (MRO) system. Verifies data for accuracy and investigates non-routine issues. Utilizes personal computer, spreadsheet applications, and database systems to assist Program Management. Researches and responds to non-routine inquiries requiring specific knowledge of own functional area. The Sr. Logistics Support Analyst will communicate with various functional teams such as Engineering, Manufacturing, and Shipping to assist in monitoring production and delivery schedules. In some cases, the Sr. Logistics Support Analyst will communicate with the customer in order to provide current a status of orders and to foster open lines of communication to reinforce strong customer relations.
The primary role of the Sr. Logistics Support Analyst will be as the liaison between Spares Project Management and Integrated Supply Chain and requires excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. The Sr. Logistics Support Analyst will work and coordinate with various functional teams such as Engineering, Manufacturing, and Shipping to assist in monitoring production and delivery schedules.
Responsibilities:
The Sr. Logistics Support Analyst will ensure that all procurement, fabrication, and inspection efforts related to spare projects are completed on schedule. Monitors all program activities, including program management, assembly/test through completion of the contract deliver.
The Sr. Logistics Support Analyst will be part of the Spares planning personnel team that ensures orders for spare or repaired materials are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements. Advises program manager and contracts department on schedule performance, forecasts, and risks.
The Sr. Logistics Support Analyst tasks cover a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to: Creation of; Material Requisitions, Repair Order Discreet Jobs, Legacy Spares Order Entry into the Legacy Spares SharePoint Site and Material Shipping Orders. These tasks are to be completed in the Support Solutions internal Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and the Maintenance and Repair (MRO) system.
Researches and responds to non-routine inquiries requiring specific knowledge of own functional area.
Qualifications :
Excellent Computer Skills – Proficient in MS Suite
Excellent analytical skills; Verifies data for accuracy and investigates non-routine issues and ability to think outside the box.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read and interpret contract requirements
Ability to read schematics
Familiar with work order and material requisition processes.
Proficient in the use the ERP and MRO Systems.
Proficient with MS Suite, Excel, Word, etc.
Strong attention to detail
Must be able to work independently and problem solve
Eligible to obtain security clearance
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in supply chain or a related field; or minimum 4 years of supply chain, product support experience, technical training in related fields, or in depth understanding of support efforts related to Performance Based Logistics (PBL).

The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as spanet and business considerations.
In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is
$88,200 - 130,000 per year.
