ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM:
The Production Planner is responsible for organizing and scheduling manufacturing activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality production. This role acts as a central coordinator between sales, procurement, production, and logistics, developing detailed production schedules, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans to meet changing demands and operational constraints. The Production Planner’s work is critical to maintaining efficient workflows, optimizing resource utilization, and supporting the company’s growth objectives.
This position is part of CCM (a SITA company).
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and minimum stock levels. Adjust plans in response to real-time production status, capacity changes, and client needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, spaneting, logistics, and quality control teams to align production plans with business objectives and customer requirements.
Compliance: Ensure all production activities adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
Manufacturing ERP: Key user of the implementation of the Manufacturing ERP. Execution using the various modules : production planning, MRP, purchasing, production execution, inventory management.
